RETURNS & EXCHANGES: HOW DO I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
- If your order doesn’t fit and you need to exchange for a different size, please follow these instructions. First, make sure that you have not worn or washed your item (besides trying on).
You have 30 days from receiving your item to exchange.
- Customer pays return shipping on exchanges.
- Email us at email@example.com with your location information to provide you with the nearest warehouse address for returns.
- How do I return for a refund?
If you want to return your item for a refund you may do so within 15 days. We do not refund shipping cost.
- What do I do if I received the wrong size or there is defective?
- If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us your order number and how we messed up. We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right order. We will send you a new product and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes. We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!
- How much is shipping?
- This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we do.
- How do I track my package?
- You will receive an email with the tracking number when requested.
- How long does it take for an order to arrive?
- This depends on the product ordered. It typically takes only 2-3 days to get your order shipped out. Once shipped, it typically arrives within a few (8-12) BUSINESS days. You’ll receive an email when your order has been shipped. If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.
- However, USA orders can take 2 to 3 weeks. Canada orders can take up to 5 weeks & International orders can take up to 6 weeks. Most orders should be received within 2 weeks. Some delays might occur due to unforeseen reasons such as busy holiday seasons, custom and transit delays and weather conditions. If your order is delayed and not shipped yet, you can always cancel your order via email and receive a full refund.
- I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
- When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
- I made a mistake on my order (address, size, etc)... can I change it?
- If this happens to you, just email us at email@example.com as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, if your order has already been shipped, wait for it to arrive and send it back to us.
- Once we receive it, we'll send back the right item you needed.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards. Also, accept PayPal payments as well.
